Alexus Bolton – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Alexus Bolton, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I received an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Mississippi Delta Community College in 2019. I have been working with Dr. Hodge and his staff for 9 years now. My goal as a hygienist is to provide education and prevention to the community about oral health. I enjoy taking continuing education courses so I can stay up to date on the latest technology in my profession. I love teaching my patients about the importance of their oral health and helping them achieve a beautiful smile! I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful team! Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, Dylan and our daughter, Hazel.
Laura Beth Scheider – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Laura Beth. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist that is committed to promoting lifelong dental health through personalized care and clinical practices. I graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2018, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I have my local anesthesia permit and I love helping get patients comfortable and numb for their dental procedures. Educating clients on their oral health and helping them overcome dental anxiety is a passion of mine. I love seeing how smile transformations can make people gain so confidence in both functionality and appearance of their teeth. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two boys, Jamey and Luca.
Brittany Jones – Front Desk Coordinator
Hi! My name is Brittany Jones, and I am excited to join the Batesville Dentistry Team as the Front Desk Coordinator. I have worked in the Dental profession for the past 10 years in various roles, including New Patient Coordinator and Hygiene Coordinator. I am excited to meet new patients and see some familiar faces in the Batesville area. It’s my pleasure to assist you with any insurance and billing needs to create a plan that works best for you to create and maintain a healthy smile. When I’m not in the office, you can find me at school functions or a ball field with one of my 3 children – Layton, Rileigh and Warren – or on a quick getaway with my husband Cody. My family loves to cruise and travel together when we can. I look forward to learning more about all of you and your families!

Jesse Standard – Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet our newest Registered Dental Hygienist, Jesse! Jesse graduated from Mississippi Delta Community College in May 2022. Jesse’s favorite part of being a hygienist is her passion for patient education and always seeking to help improve her patients oral health. Jesse has been a patient at Batesville Dentistry since she was four years old & we are honored to have her as a part of our team now!
Morgan – Dental Assistant
Hello, My Name is Morgan. I am one of Dr. Hodge’s Assistants and I thoroughly enjoy what I do. What started as a job quickly grew into something I truly love. I am a very dedicated assistant and enjoy being hands on with our patients. Being trained directly in the field, I’ve gained practical knowledge and skills that allow me to provide excellent support to Dr. Hodge and compassionate care to patients. I enjoy making our patients feel comfortable and confident about their dental care. I take pride in learning, adapting and growing along the way. I could not be any more grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team! When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and my finance Eli.
